Hall Map Poster for HeroFest
For the second time I had the pleasure of illustrating one of the hall plans for HeroFest (a popculture convention held in Bern). I was responsible for the cosplay hall, and I chose to turn the map into a sewing project, since this is a huge part of how cosplays are created. I made it colourful and added many tools used for sewing as well as other crafting techniques, my goal was to highlight the hard work that goes into creating costumes and at the same time present it in a fun way.
The illustration was used to promote the convention on social media and the event's website.

HeroFest 2026 - Cosplay Hall Map
A few weeks ago I was contacted by HeroFest to illustrate the Cosplay Hall for them, and after a short exchange on requirements and sketch review I created this piece. I wanted to showcase a playful image of a cosplayer's workshop, full of various tools and projects, with the colsplayer themselves diligently working on a quilt showcasing the hall map. I used vibrant colours so that the business of the scene feels joyful, and carries through the excitement of creating things :)
